A lot of my learning happened while I was writing my answers to these assignments.
I found the large number of journaling assignments particularly helpful, as they create a natural pause at the end of each section and enable you to reflect on the topic covered in that section. Very comprehensive and well-thought out course which takes a holistic perspective in covering all the aspects that need to be addressed when trying to end your porn addiction. I didn't realize how deep of an issue it is and how much knowledge, effort and help you need to overcome it, which is all in this course. I recommend this course to everyone who is trying to quit porn.
